Is there any good reason why
SYS:.FASL DEFS -> LISP;.FASL DEFS -> LISP;DEFNS >
should be different from L;DEFNS > ?
If the philosophy is that stuff on LISP; is for transport, why not
relink SYS:.FASL DEFS to L;DEFNS > ?
Or is LISP;DEFNS > updated when a new Lisp is released for ITS?
