Would it be possible to notify the owners of files listed in lisp;lock
before the xlisp is deleted? 2054 went away and my current versions of
owldig and comdig used it.
It is the intention of the LISP;LOCK file that the "locked" lisps don't
go away unless all the files depending upon them have already gone away --
possibly there was a typo error which caused a "worthy" dump to go away?
