The LISP.INI file for TWENEX should probably by default be
on the HOME: device rather than PS:? What is presently
the analogous thing on ITS?
Sure it should. TWENEX should *HAVE* a HOME: device! TWENEX suffers from
confusion between working-dir and home-dir in many other ways. Ever try to
make a directory you have READ access to but not WRITE access your working
directory?
