Yea, PSZ intended to write the code for BACKQ to distinguish between
usrhunks and random hunks, but never got around to it; I have a lot
of code in which ` is used over descend-able usrhunks [e.g., `#(a ,b)
in NIL code] so that has to work too. But for cases where the system
code just isn't fully developed, I agree that something like your
suggestion +INTERNAL-LOSSAGE is needed -- take a look at the current
LISP;LISP RECENT and search for that name.
