Doing (status ttyint 23) replies 27 - this in clean new lisp, with no
init files or anything. Are ^S and ^W really the same?
Also (status ttyint 2) gives a name (+internal-^B-break) rather than a number
like the others. It would be easier to restore stuff if all of them were
numbers.
