I have fixed TRUENAME and the PDL-out-of-phase problem, and installed
the new XLISP on all ITSs 'cept DM. Am considering DM.
TRUENAME used to make T refer to TYO, so I made it do so again. However,
this seems like nonsense to me...why not TYI? But I suppose it's compensatory
nonsense for the nonsense of "T" as a file ... why treat it as an error?
