What exactly is being proposed here for this "working"? Is the
construction to be understood by Lisp or Emacs, and what would
Emacs do with it?? If it is to be understood by Lisp, we seem to
be starting vaguely along the direction of the Interlisp file package,
which allows precise control of how everything in a file is printed,
read, compiled, etc. (up to its limitations), only doing it
in some crock non-general way.
