In the new FORMAT the colon flag doesn't effect the way ~<cr> acts
anymore.  This means that there is no longer any way to keep the
carrage return but flush the following whitespace (this used to be the
default, the colon flag kept the whitespace, now it ALWAYS keeps the
whitespace).  Unless I go and re-edit all my files, I am going to go
crazy looking at lines that have too much indentation and wrap around
as a result.
