I changed ALLOC so that the init file is read in automatically on
TOPS-20/TENEX if the file LISP.INI exists in the connected
directory. I made this change as a binary patch at Schlumberger
and it works, but have not tested the change in the source. Someone
should check it out the next time they rebuild the tops-20 version.
