SOrry -- I didn't mnake my claim clear, which is:
output CHTRAN's don't exactly solve the posed problem,
but solve a slightly different one which is closely
related, and in a way that may be easier to implement
compatibly with the current scheme of things. Indeed,
|FOO| ==> FOO ==> foo, but then FOO and |FOO| are identically
the same anyway. You'd have to know what output CHTRAN's
do and use them wisely. Oh, well.
