In system 46.1, with microcode 692, on LISP Machine Seven:
<positive-argument>M-Q in the editor does not seem to work very well at
all! It does not make all of the lines of the paragraph be the same
length (several of them will in general be off by one in either
direction -- it is not stable, reapplying it will generate new
randomness). Also, it snarfs a space between a single character word
and the following word (e.g. "a foo" ==> "afoo").
