In system 46.4, with microcode 692, on LISP Machine Four:
Doing a DISK-SAVE to a partition that is too small seems to first clobber the
disk label then find out that the partition is too small. When it signals the
error for some reason it crashes the machine. Warm booting seems to bring
things back to life but the wholine thinks the machine has been cold booted.
