Is this an old or new keyboard (does it have a MACRO key in the upper
left corner, in which case it is new)? If it's old, they do that and
it will be fixed when it's replaced with a new. If it's new, it shouldn't
happen, but JLK is working on some problems with the line-drivers
in the keyboard which coulld cause that.
