Zwei's M-Q

In system 32.2, with microcode 674, on LISP Machine Three:

I just noticed on two different paragraphs (at least) that M-Q
(Fill Paragraph) in Text mode was leaving the last line of the
paragraph too long.  Typing a Space after that line will fill it though.

For example, I now am in Auto Fill mode with Fill Column = 60
characters, or 520. pixels.  Typing M-Q on the above paragraph
left that last line too long.
