It is totaly bletcherous user engineering that every time the file system has
a problem in programs like the editor or zmail, that you get into the error
handler. Its even worse when the problem happens in a background proces
and your world gets completely wedged. I guess this is a pretty fundamental
problem, but it is the most frustrating thing I find using these machines.
In addition, the file system seems to be getting frequently wedged lately,
saying it can't connect to a machine when one can supdup to it fine and
the systems are lightly loaded, as they are now. This happens on several
machines (but I happen to be on CADR 7, System 38.1 at the moment).
