In system 36.2, with microcode 683, on LISP Machine Ten:
I was telnetting to EE when a pop-up QSend beeped at me and started frobbing
around in the background for a few seconds; I went ahead and kept typing at
the telnet, and eventually a notification window came up saying there was some
error in the Send background process.  The sender re-sent the message, and
a pop-up window then appeared saying there was a message waiting for a QSend
window.  I then mouse-selected the Send Background Process window, and an
error-trap appeared there saying something like SUPDUP-TYPEOUT wasn't bound;
Z'ing that let the QSend through.  I think someone was confused about
process context during the initial QSend setup (?)
