system 31.1, microcode 671 on cadr 1.  C-z has problems both in the editor and in lisp.
I had just logged in and went to the editor, went into a breakloop and typed

(do ()(())(princ (multiple-value-list (tv:mouse-input)))(terpri))

C-z refused to throw me out of the above do loop.  The same thing happens at top level in lisp.
