I have changed (in the source) all flavors, classes, and named-structures in
the system that handle the :PRINT message to accept :PRINT-SELF synonymously.
I suppose there are some of these in user code, too.
This is in preparation for the soon-to-occur change by which the printer will
send :PRINT-SELF instead of :PRINT, and the :PRINT message will be recycled
as a stream operation.
