more on lost keys

    Well, if it's lost, I'm loathe to replace it, since I'm responsible
    for all those keys.  I did get another for RG, but getting another
    which will probably be misplaced is somewhat painful.  Public keys
    are never a good idea....

Well, gang, the key has not yet reappeared, so we are down one public key.
it will not be replaced. (if anyone has the 38-301 key from 936, with the
red tag labelling it, you can still return it. no questions asked.)
