I think it would be best if those programs that need CASEQ in order to
work define it for themselves, since there is no advantage to it other
than Maclisp compatibility. I don't think we should incorporate every
name Jonl dreams up into the system. Admittedly it would be slightly more
convenient if it was predefined, but it only takes a few seconds
to define it.
