RMS's Complaint about AI being down

Please note that all of RMS' problems were caused by being previously logged
in through AI.  The editor uses your directory on the login machine for the
default file name, and trying to login again (through MC) had to first logout
which looks for USER .LSPM_.  Logging in through MC works on a freshly booted
machine.
