UCADR

COMSAT was in its usual wedged state earlier this evening, trying to
write out 222 blocks to pack 2.  I first tried deleting random PRESS files
and such, then attempted to move UCADR 609 to another pack.  I got a
DIRECTORY FULL error, so I moved it to ED;.  Then HIC wrote out UCADR >
and now it can't be moved back.  HIC refuses to delete something, so
if anyone cares, they're in charge.
