BUG-LISPM at MIT-MC, BUG-LISP at MIT-MC
I vote "yes" for the proposal. I am always having to explain to
new LISP-ers (e.g., my students) why there are so many exceptions and
inconsistencies. Upward compatibility is nice and all that, but
maybe NIL is a good chance to clean up a lot of "historical" lossages...
