In system 25.0, with microcode 612, on LISP Machine Two:
There seems to be no easy way to get the LINEL of a screen or pc-ppr or whatever.
:LINEL is not a stream operation and there is no LINEL function. Indeed, I looked
at GRINDEF to see how it was done there (my application is similar), and saw
that it just has the constant 95., with the comment "this should be computed"!!!
