In system 25.0, with microcode 612, on LISP Machine Two:
If the Great Renaming ever occurs, I put in a vote to
rename RETURN-ARRAY to RECLAIM-ARRAY. Its current name
is misleading (makes one think of a weird returning from
a PROG -- indeed I encountered it in a DO loop and went
bananas for a minute).
