i just took the last tube of 74S138s out of the stockroom; we use
10 per cadr so more are needed soon. also, i took out the last tube
of 74LS374s (39/cadr). this was grossly obviously marked as 
coming from Eli Hefron's, which caused me to remember a rumor a
while back about lossage involving parts from eli's. are these good,
or should they be tossed, or what? in any case there are no other
around, so we need more.
