If I hear no objections I am going to flush ##. (How could anyone object?) We have had well over a year to flush out all occurences of ## so any remaining ones can only be found by pulling out the rug. (if you don't know what ## does suffice it to say that "##<space><char>" is the same thing as "#/<char>".)
