Attempting to do a disk-save on cadr 1 with a world (20.2) which has Macsyma loaded fails
sometime after the new system-version-string is written to the disk. It stops with
the disk light on. Attempting to reload that band wins, but gets what was there before.
Saving a regular system (20.2) on that band wins.
Also, qc-file should offer to create missing packages rather than giving an error
like meta-z does in zwei.
