If you make some more bootstrap PROMs, please either use the latest version on disk
(using PROGRAMMER-MAKE-BOOTSTRAP) or copy the ones labelled "v.7". The earlier
ones, before version 7, do not work with the Marksman disk, so we should not make
any more of them. There is one set of v.7 PROMs currently in existence, installed
in CADR8.
