QSEND addresses

When forming the address for a reply to a qsend, the server is turning a
source of "Margolin.PDO@MIT-Multics-11" into a destination of
"Margolin@MIT-Multics-11," i.e. it is dropping stuff after the period.
This is not the same, and if this is done with a TWENEX userid the
result is even less useful (where the part before the period is the name
of the group).
