Yeah, I think it is worse than Terminal-3-S, although they're close.
I'd say that Terminal-3-S is just barely OK and System-2-L is just
barely not OK.
I disagree, it is easier to remember recency of access on a per window type
basis than for all windows in the system and thus more useful. I would use
this feature frequently if it were installed.
