I fixed the screws associated with the compiler's process lock in 78.27,
but I only fixed the compiler's process lock in the source. I think I
caught every possible case. Also, in system 79, if the compiler has to
wait, it will notify you of what it is doing.
Remind me to keep my nose out of the krufty compiler in the future.
