In System 78.21, ZMail 38.4, Local-File 30.4, microcode 836, on Lisp Machine Eighteen: On line documentation in the error-handler for c-m-F seems to claim that + is bound to a locative which can be modified. This is in fact not the case, and I think that it would be useful to indeed have it that way.
