The cause of MLB's problem with the system menu in 18.1 is the new (WINDOWS-AUTOEXPOSE) in (MOMENTARY-MENU-CLASS :PROCESS-CHOOSE). I guess there is probably a bug in WINDOWS-AUTOEXPOSE, but am too burned out...
