In sys 16, one of my files will not compile at all; the compiler barfs with 
The varaibel COMPILER:FUNCTIONS-DEFINED is unbound.
While in the function *EXPR  SI:*EVAL  ZWEI:COMPILE-BUFFER-FORM.
The file is ndraw > zvona;
