CC: (BUG LISPM) at MIT-AI Yet another reason why it is a loss not to clear the screen on warm boots. I added another run-light for the garbage collector, and now if the machine dies with this run light on and you warm boot the machine nothing clears this light. This is a loss; let's fix it to clear the screen on startup always.
