Suggestion for new DIRED feature

How about a DIRED operation which does a Find File In Other Window
operation?  The idea is that you could edit files in a directory, while
still keeping the DIRED on the screen so you knew what else was there,
could move to other files easily, etc.

This would be useful when you have to edit a number of files, but don't
have to do much to each one -- perhaps you are correcting some sort of
usage for compatibility with a new software release.
