In ZWEI in MIT-Specific 18.1, System 93.32, ZMail 49.11, microcode 226,
gc@2, on Lisp Machine Nine:
I was editing a file and got an error. I C-M'ed the backtrace and sent a
bug report. Then I went back to editing my code.
While in the editor, I typed <system>-E, which gave me the old editor
(the one in which I had gotten the error), whose existence I had
completely forgotten. It showed the buffer I had been editing as it was
when I got the error. A <clear-screen> fixed it.
I guess the question is, would it be too expensive to have a redisplay
after the editor is selected?
