Yow! Won already!!, on Lisp Machine Two:

While trying to write out a file I got directory access privileges
required, and prompted for a new file.  I hit return a couple of times,
then selected supdup to fix things up.  I returned to ZWEI, and hit
return twice more, and saw that it still was failing.  The process
wait message however became "no selected window" with the zwei window still
on the screen, and to send the message a new editor had to be created.
