         Copy File warnings

In ZWEI in System 242.269, FEP 18, imperial purple, on Lisp Machine Keith Moon (3600):

Warnings printed by Meta-X Copy File should start with "~&".  They way
they currently come out is difficult to read, as they start immediately
after the pathname, without even an intervening space, and they
generally end up wrapping.  It might also be useful to separate the
messages that have to do with each different file by a blank line when a
wildcard name was used.
