unbalanced parentheses

When you try to write out a Lisp file from the editor and the
file has unbalanced parentheses, you get a warning and a
write-the-file-out-anyway-yes-or-no.  It would be polite of
this query to also offer the option of doing a Find Unbalanced 
Parentheses by typing, say, F.  I don't say yes to the question, 
my next move is M-X F U P 98% of the time.
