In Symbolics 3640 Zwei in Release 6.0, microcode TMC5-IO4-ST506-MIC 319, on Lord Ganesh:
I was DIRED'ing a twenex diretory. The cursor was on a file that the
filesystem thought was deleted. I first typed "U" to undelete it, and
then "R" to rename it. When the machine tried to rename, it complained
that the file did not exist.
