The variable is currently set to "saz forum silent" but this does
not satisfy the gmsgs program...Or do you define "appropriately"
in some less obvious way?
Note that the variable is initialised to using the "/Z" switch. WHen
you set it you left that out. Set it to "saz forum silent/Z" and see
what happens.
