Executing Comment Out Region when the region goes to the end of the
buffer, and the last line of the buffer is non-empty gives the following
	error.

I haven't been able to reproduce this here. I assumed a Lisp Mode buffer
    was being used.

It should still break in 7.1, if the buffer does not end with a newline
(or, as he says, the last line is non-empty). But it was fixed some
time ago in the devo system, and hence will be fixed in 7.2.

By the way, in the menu of windows given by the [Select] option of the
system menu, this bug report window appears as 1Zwei Window Pane 10 -- not
	very mnemonic.

Any suggestions as a better name?

Also fixed a while ago. It's now called 1Bug Mail Frame <n>0.
