Cleanup meeting:
KMP took responsibility for next draft.
X3J13 meeting:
RWK: Maybe we should just remove COERCE?
Beckerle: Maybe we should make COERCE generic?
KMP: It is inappropriate to make anything generic if you cannot describe
what it does. Since this issue is about what COERCE does, the issue
cannot be solved by making COERCE generic.
Greenblatt: Let's keep generic functions out of the language as must as
possible on this "first round". [KMP thinks he meant the standard
we're working on -- leaving the issue of making more things
generic for a later standard.]
