My notes from Fairfax meeting...

Cleanup meeting:

 Issue names STACK-LET, DYNAMIC-VALUE, and DYNAMIC-VALUE-EXTENT
 are obsolete synonyms for this issue.

 This issue is related to, but very different than, issue
 WITH-DYNAMIC-EXTENT.

 KMP will write this up, removing the STACK-LET proposal in favor
 of something declaration-based.

X3J13 meeting:

 Masinter: This issue is related to the ISO proposal for multiple
  	   values and rest arguments.

 KMP: Perhaps this should be mentioned in Current Practice or Discussion
      of writeup.
