Cleanup meeting:

 KMP said he would do writeup.  Pierson and/or Sandra might also
 do their own. They wanted copies of the old mail on the subject.

X3J13 meeting:

 Skona wanted to know what relation is to *LOAD-VERBOSE*.
 Masinter insisted there was no relation because *LOAD-VERBOSE*
 addressed the level of verbosity of action you'd synchronously
 requested, while this issue relates to unsolicited messages.
