Cleanup meeting:

 Needs work.

 Masinter sees two orthogonal issues: functionality to provide, names to use.

 To be returned to author (Beckerle) for re-draft.

 Beckerle: The idea was to have a way of using lists like record structures --
   	   structures with a fixed number of slots with known types.
