I have 19 messages on this proposal since its submission; I think there
were several points made that would need to get folded into the discussion
if we're going to be able to vote on this at this time.
The likelihood is slim.
I wanted to be explicit that this issue would not make it into the letter
ballot as far as I can tell, although it isn't dismissed...
