I don't have copies of the latest versions of some of the issues in Larry's
ballot.  Would some kind person who already has them easily accessable let me
know, and I'll send a list of which issues I need.

And yes, I know they are supposed to be available via anonymous FTP from
Arisia.  Repeated attempts to get them that way have failed.  I keep getting
timeout and failed to synchronize transmission errors.  So far, I haven't even
been able to do a dir on the directory.
